I don't update this section as much as I
should but I'll try and do better starting right now.
OK So we've all heard of JR's. Most of us of Holt's and
Famous. But how many of you have ever heard of TBS-Cigars?
Ya that's what I thought. Well in my continued quest to
post valuable cigar information to the everyday guy let
me turn you on to a very cool place to buy cigars. TBS-Cigars.com.
TBS is an interesting company. When you click on the
link above it will take you to their home page which actually
is a portal to several different cigar companies that
they run, consisting of everything from flavored cigars
to customized cigars as well as a site called StogieChat.
A very cool cigar review and bulletin board site. The
bulletin board has lots of separate sections for varying
interests including a "Wanted/For Sale or Trade"
section. I mention this because I bought two boxes of
cigars from a guy in there that had too many cigars and
needed to get rid of some. I bought the two boxes for
less than the price of one including shipping!

TBS-Cigar itself carries a wide range of premium and
super premium cigars as well a a few brands you may not
have heard of but probably should try. They claim to be
"one of the largest premium cigar outlets on the
internet". Now I can't say if they are or aren't
but I will say they have one hell of a selection from
Avo to Zino and just about everything in between.
As far as pricing goes they are right in line with JR's
and Holt's, a buck more here, a couple of bucks less there.
And as for Thompsons, if you're still buying from Thompsons
after reading this then there is nothing I can do, you
are beyond help...go waste your money.
And as an added bonus, they're nice people
who know their stuff and they have the cigars you want
IN STOCK, a great price won't do you a damn bit of good
if the cigars are unavailable!
Another thing I especially like is that
they ship almost everything priority mail so you get your
smokes fast. They also ship to PO boxes as well FPO/APO
Military personnel including delivery to Iraq in 7 - 10
days! And it's cheap too. They use a tiered rate system
that makes sense.
