JR Cigar:
A dark, rich cigar with an oily, sun-grown wrapper from
the famed Oliva Tobacco Co.'s vegas in Ecuador. It is
a complex blend of select, potent Nicaraguan long-leaf
tobaccos with a touch of Dominican Piloto Cubano added
for aroma. Expertly crafted, this blend offers an intoxicating
elixir of flavors: earth, coffee, and chocolate with a
long, spicy finish and a divine aroma. Although robust,
it is a perfect balance between flavor and strength.

Notes:
JR ran these on special, I
think I gave about $55 for a
box of 40. Wish I had bought
two boxes! I agree with all
of their comments on this one.
Great coffee/chocolate taste,
full but not strong or bitter.
Fine construction, nice straight
burn, good draw once past the
tapered foot. Like Mr. Chef,
I wouldn't give $75 for a box,
but if I see them on sale again,
I'll buy more.

Notes:
JR had these on sale about a year ago for $20.00 a box.
I bought four boxes of assorted sizes. To be honest most
of them were mediocre at best and I gave most of them
away to moochers.
This particular box however was very good. The cigar
was well built, it burned slow and smooth with a sturdy
white ash.
It had a rich espresso like flavor that finished nice
and long.
I just checked the JR site and they are now $74.95 a
box. At twenty bucks they are worth it, at seventy-five
they aren't.
