An all-Nicaraguan blend with a dark, reddish Ecuadorian Sumatran wrapper make the CAO L’Anniversaire Extreme a strong smoke right out of the gate. This cigar offers a white-pepper flavor with slight sweet notes and a dry, austere finish. Not for everyone, this box-pressed blend was intended for those smokers who prefer their cigars with some bite.

Another quality product from CAO. This little baby was strong and flavorful. Rich, thick smoke and good solid ash. It burned for over a half an hour. It was never bitter or harsh, just plain tasty. My only complaint was that it was rolled a tad too tight so the draw was a little hard. I think is could have given up a bit more smoke than it did. But other than that this was a good smoke.
