Always very popular with locals, this brand took the country by storm once the word was spread about this great, traditional Cuban-style cigar. Today it is crafted in the DR, but it remains true to its roots as a robust, rich, and exceptionally tasty cigar.

I don't care what JR says, this was an unusually nasty cigar. It started out harsh and bitter. After a few minutes it mellowed a bit but not enough to salvage the experience. It ended just as nasty as it started. I've smoke others from this brand, but I can't really recall them. If this is an example of the line, I'll pass.
