Fonseca
Invictos
Origin: Cuba
Size: 5.25 X 45
Wrapper: Natural
From Cuban
Best Cigars:
The image of Francisco Fonseca, who opened his factory in
1891 and trademarked "La Flor Fonseca" in 1914,
still adorns the box today. Fonseca is credited with being
the first to market cigars stored in metal tubes. Only in
limited distribution, the Fonseca brand is considered to
exhibit a rich but mild flavour. The Fonsecas can always
be spotted across the humidor because each cigar is wrapped
in a distinctive "silk wrap" tissue.

Notes:
This was a tasty little smoke.
And although it sports a length
of 5.25" it burned rather
quickly, it was never harsh
or hot, it just went up fast. The
cigar was rather on the mild
side for a Cuban stick, but
it was full of flavor none the
less. If you're big on Cubans
and have to have them as often
as possible, I'd recommend this
one as a great morning smoke
to be enjoyed with a hot cup
of coffee.
